Paid orders will ship within 2 business days. You will receive an email notification from us that contains tracking information once your order has been shipped.

INTERNATIONAL  SHIPPING

If Customs charges occur please note that the buyer is 100% responsible for the fees. Lunar Alchemy is not responsible for customs charges. Please note that International orders can take up to 4 weeks to arrive and will vary per location.

Lunar Alchemy Crystal Infusion Bottles are made with naturally sourced crystals and each crystal will have slight structural and colour variations. 
Because our crystals are naturally sourced, they can range from being very pale and light in colour, to darker shades. We do not exchange bottles based on colour shade or shape preference.

If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately and we will happily replace any damaged items provided they are reported within 48 hours of order delivery.
